How many photos will I receive?

30-minute mini session: 15 edited photos
1-hour session: 30–40 edited photos
Events: Approximately 40–60+ edited photos per hour, depending on the event and coverage.
Weddings: Custom packages based on coverage time and your needs.

How should we dress for our family session?

Depending on the time of year and occasion we can come up with a mood board if the client would like to match.

What’s the best time to have an outdoor session?

I suggest starting an outdoor session about 1.5 hours before sunset for an 1-hour session. Depending on the time of year and sunset will determine the start time.

How do I book a photoshoot?

Getting started is easy! Head to my contact page and tell me a little about what you're looking for, your preferred date, and any ideas you have in mind. I'll be in touch to discuss the details, availability, and next steps.

Where do photoshoots take place?

I'm based in Chicago and love exploring the city's parks, neighborhoods, and unique spots for photoshoots. Have a location in mind? I'm happy to meet you there! Travel outside the Chicago area may be available for an additional fee.

What if I'm awkward in front of the camera?

First of all, you're not alone! You don't need modeling experience or a Pinterest-worthy pose to get great photos. I'll help guide you when needed, but I also love capturing candid moments as they happen. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, have fun, and be yourself.

What's the difference between a mini session and a full session?

Mini sessions are 30 minutes long and are perfect for quick updates, smaller families, couples, or anyone looking for a handful of great photos. Full sessions last one hour, allowing more time to explore different poses, locations, and candid moments.

Do you photograph weddings?

I'm excited to capture love stories in all their forms, from engagements and couples sessions to weddings and anniversaries. Reach out with your wedding date and details to discuss availability and coverage options.

What should I expect during a pet photoshoot?

Every pet has their own personality, and that's exactly what I want to capture. We'll keep things relaxed and follow your pet's lead, with plenty of time for sniff breaks, playtime, and bribery with their favorite snacks.
